Scope of Work:

  • ASAK, leveraging its vast experience and specialized skills, undertakes to execute the project in accordance with the highest industry standards. The scope of work encompasses all activities necessary for the successful completion of the project, as detailed in the contract and associated project documents.

Payment Terms:

  • Clients entrust ASAK with their projects, understanding that our proficiency demands fair compensation. Payment terms shall be as stipulated in the contract, reflecting the value of ASAK’s expertise and the quality of services rendered. The payment schedule shall include milestones or progress payments, with provisions for penalties or suspension of work in case of late payments, adhering to UAE business practices and regulations.

Project Timeline:

  • ASAK’s seasoned project management team meticulously plans and executes projects within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules, in compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations. Any alterations to the timeline will be communicated promptly to the client, accompanied by transparent explanations and revised projections.

Change Orders:
